Party Constitution

The National Health Action Party constitution governs how the party is run. Decisions outside the scope of the constitution are made by the National Executive Committee, who are the elected governing body of the party. The current constitution was adopted at the 2017 Annual General Meeting - Motion to AGM 18 Nov 2017 (PDF).
